Original MSRP: $64,234 Our Selling Price: $19,900 2002 Porsche STROSEK Carrera ONE OF A KIND! This is the only STROSEK Mega 996 Turbo Cabriolet in the world. It was built for a retired insurance company president that is an avid Porsche collector. This was his second STROSEK. It was featured in extensive articles in several European magazines. At the time this car was ordered, Porsche did not offer a Turbo Cabriolet so the owner had the engine modified by TTP Turbo Technik. The engine delivered 467 hp on their dyno. To support the new turbo engine, a button starter, turbo boost gauge and oil pressure warning light were added to the center console. It is fitted with custom 9x19-inch front wheels with 245/35ZR19 tires and 11x19-inch rear wheels with 285/30ZR19 tires. It has the special STROSEK sport Suspension which includes special H&R springs and lowered shock absorbers with sport settings. After the engine work was completed, STROSEK polished stainless steel tailpipes were fitted. The finest leather and interior man in Germany, Reinald Mattes Interieurtechnik, did the custom interior. All of the interior components that have been changed to yellow were done using Ferrari’s Fly Yellow Connolly leather which as you can see happens to be a perfect match to Porsche’s Speed yellow paint. Mr. Mattes installed yellow perforated leather in the front seats and rear seats, added STROSEK logos to the headrests, yellow trim was installed in the doors, and the backs of the special sport bucket seats were painted in speed yellow. The leather bag around the shift lever was also changed to yellow. The car has run trouble free for almost 7 years. The only item needing replacement has been the battery (like every other Porsche!) Shortly after the car arrived in the United States, the wheels were changed to special 3-piece wheels with Speed Yellow to match the body.

1995 Chevrolet This is a superb example of a fantastic performing muscle car convertible that can be purchased for less than 25% of what the upcoming 2010 Camaro will sell for. This is not a retro car. When it was designed in 1995 a tremendous amount of research was done on the aerodynamic body which is quite evident when you look at the rear wing, mirrors, general body shape, and the rake of the wind shield. It arguably is more aero-dynamic than any of the new Porsche’s, Ferrari’s, Mercedes, or BMW’s. This one was sold new on the island of Martha’s Vineyard off the coast of Massachusetts. Martha’s Vineyard is only 20 miles long by 12 miles wide and the maximum speed allowed is only 45 miles per hour. The original owner had it for 10 years and then sold it to one of his friends when he left the island. The second owner was a police officer who used it for mostly summer day off cruising like the original owner. He kept if for three years and then sold it to me. As you can see, we have the original window sticker and we also have the original factory build sheet. I have been using it for the summer and it really is fantastic to look at and drive. I replaced the original top with a new Mercedes-Benz/BMW quality cloth top. It has a new glass rear window with built -in defroster. I also replaced the useless original fog lights with high-powered halogen driving lights that fit in the stock recesses in the front bumper. It also has a new battery with an 8 year warranty. The paint is very good. The leather is excellent. It is extremely fast with the LT1 350 (5.7litre) Corvette engine and 6-speed manual German made Corvette gear box that this limited edition came with from the factory. The transmission shifts like brand new and the clutch feels perfect. I have been getting 27 mpg on the highway because at 80mph it only revs 2,000 RPM in 6th gear. The lucky new owner will be proud to take this beautiful convertible anywhere as it looks and runs like a new car. I personally have owned 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 Mustang GT convertibles with 5-speed manual and can confirm that this beats out the Mustang in every category (better front seats, better back seats, better air conditioning, more comfortable to drive, faster, and the clutch and 6-speed manual are light years better than the Mustang clutch and 5-speed manual.)
